We started our Journey from Keller, Texas to Tybee Beach, GA on Friday, June 22nd after
ensuring our home was locked up tight. We loaded up the girls with tons of movies and
games on their Ipods, Kindles and Ipads. They also were stocked up on coloring books,
crayons and markers.

After driving all day long, we stopped for a sit down meal at Logan's Steakhouse. It was
great to be out of the car.
After dinner, we drove for a few more hours to the outskirts of Birmingham, AL. We arrived very late -

We made a stop in Leeds, AL to do a little bit of Shopping at the
Outlet Shops at Grand River. We had a great time shopping and

an hour).
We finally arrived in the Savannah/Tybee area
on Saturday at 7:00 pm. It was great to finally
arrive at the beach house around 8:00 PM. Our
beach house was called Casa Oceano Rio
Our first full day was Sunday, June 23rd. We had to hit the
beach. The beach house we stayed at had a great beach
cart that we were able to use to haul all of our chairs,
boogie boards, cooler and umbrella down to the ocean.
Lauren and Addison both mastered the art of body surfing
while at Tybee.
